The house buying process was obviously not without traumas, and indeed I had my fair share, from putting my flat on the market in January until Friday, when I finally reached my new destination. Your colleague was responsible for both my sale and my purchase and was always extremely helpful, bending over backwards to try to sort out the many problems that arose, and soothing ruffled feathers when times were tense.
