Contact Baker Pearce on the numbers detailed to arrange a suitable time for one of our valuers to attend. Our office hours are extensive from 8am to 7pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays to accommodate you, the client.
Our market appraisal will include a comprehensive information pack with comparable evidence of how we arrived at the value of your property, examples of property particulars, including colour internal and external photographs, floor plans, information as to how your property will be advertised on numerous property portal websites and in the local newspapers. For Lettings we will provide a detailed and comprehensive letting brochure advising you fully of the legal obligations and our services.
We will advise you how your property particulars will be despatched to registered applicants within 24 hours by email, text messaging service and post with a courtesy follow-up phone call from a qualified negotiator. We will discuss how we accompany viewings where required, and provide you with a weekly call to up-date you on the progress of the marketing of your property for sale or letting.
